Once signed into the Portal, you can submit project documents and data to the Agency, consult documents submitted by the Agency and access relevant contact information relating to your project.

If you submit documents or data to the Agency, an e-mail will be sent within one business day confirming the submission has been received and explaining the next steps.

Public Disclosure

Documents and data submitted to the Agency will be circulated to relevant government departments and agencies. They may be made publicly available on the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry. Copies of the documents and data may be provided to interested parties. If any information should be considered confidential, please contact the Agency before submitting it.

Proponents are wholly responsible for ensuring that documents and data are accurate and their contents are not subjected to any confidentiality requirements.
